I had my gutters replaced a couple years ago and was incredibly pleased. Last week, I noticed an issue with one of the gutters, and Ed came out promptly this week to fix it. If you’re looking for a responsive, reliable company to replace your gutters or roof, I highly recommend KMI. We recently used KMI Construction for a large kitchen remodel and bathroom update. The company took our kitchen down to the studs, removed a bathroom and walls and also ripped out the tile flooring. Then they brought our kitchen up to code on electric and plumbing. They installed drywall, new floors on the main floor of the house ,  all new plumbing and all new electric. We also had new cabinets installed and closet systems that they assisted with. Patrick Kuyath, one of the owners, went above and beyond to make our project run smoothly, stay on budget and on time. The project manager, Mike , worked equally hard to keep the lines of communication open and the project running smoothly. The crew we had , Heleo and Houston and the electricians and plumbers were friendly, trustworthy and on-time. This is the second time we have used KMI, we previously used them for a master bathroom remodel at our previous home. I cannot recommend them enough. Patrick from KMI repaired my roof.  He was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable.  I had 2 other estimates from other companies and they wanted to charge a great deal more. This company is awesome to work with.   If you are looking for quality & efficient work... yes, a construction company that is actually timely, then look no further.   They go above and beyond all expectations & even handle conflicts positively with the neighbors who might be unintentionally inconvenienced by all their work trucks.   An entire house remodel including basement, that is finished in 6 months.  They can do it!   Highly recommended Patrick & his entire crew.
